Abstract

This study examines the effect of motivation, organizational culture
and compensation on employee performance. The results of motivation
research on employee performance showed no significant, There is a
significant influence between organizational culture on employee
performance. And there is a significant influence between the provision of
compensation on employee performance, employee compensation programs
designed to motivate (high morale) in their work achievement achievements.
