PEMBENTUKAN PAGUYUBAN UMKM SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMBANGUN EKOSISTEM UMKM YANG BERKELANJUTAN DI DESA PAGAK, KECAMATAN KLAMPOK, KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA

Pagak Village is one of the tourist villages in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java, where the main economic activity is in the agricultural sector and local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Initial surveys in the field revealed that MSMEs in this region had problems in terms of licensing, marketing and were not yet organized, so they experienced difficulties in managing and developing their businesses. Based on this, the aim of this Community Service activity is to form an MSME association to accommodate various problems and improve the sustainability of the MSME ecosystem in Pagak Village. The method used is a field survey and Participatory Rural Appraisal which consists of several stages, namely survey, socialization and mentoring, election of the association's chairman, development of the association's management structure, and inauguration of the association. The result of this activity was the formation of the "Pagak Village UMKM Association" and its management.
