PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PEMBUATAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN SEDERHANA UNTUK PENGELOLAAN BUMDESA DESA PONCOREJO KECAMATAN GEMUH KABUPATEN KENDAL

Abstract

Poncorejo Village has a lot of potential that can be developed and managed by BUMDesa. BUMDesa has just been established, so it is necessary to arrange a business unit in accordance with conditions of Poncorejo village. Business unit that will be formed will get excellent results if it is well planned. These business units need management and accountability. One form of accountability is by compiling financial reports. This community dedication program or PKM is carried out to assist the financial reporting of BUMDesa business unit activities. The form of PKM that is implemented is in the form of workshops and assistance related to the preparation of financial reports. This workshop was attended by all BUMDesa managers. The results of evaluation carried out after implementing PKM showed an understanding and ability to carry out workshops on management and financial reporting of BUMDesa business units.
