Pengaruh Gaji, Motivasi, Dan Kondisi Kerja Terhadap Turnover Di Eva Beauty Clinic Temanggung

The company requires its employees to provide the best service in accordance with procedures for consumers. When employees are able to work in accordance with the demands of the employee is considered an achiever. High work performance will increase the company's productivity (work results), so that employees choose to leave their jobs (turnover). The turnover phenomenon also occurs at Eva Beauty Clinic Temanggung. Employees choosing to leave work is a sign that the employee is willing, either voluntarily or at the company's demands, to leave his job. Several factors can affect employee turnover including salary, motivation, and working conditions in the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of salary, motivation and working conditions on turnover at Eva Beauty Clinic. This research includes quantitative research with analytical methods using multiple linear regression. The population of this study were all employees of Eva Beauty Clinic with a population taken by total sampling technique so that 33 respondents were obtained. This research concludes that salary, motivation, and working conditions simultaneously or partially have a significant negative effect on employee turnover.
