Abstract

This study attempts to ascertain how employee performance at CV Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang, Cilacap Regency, is affected by promotions, pay, and granting of prizes. Employees of CV Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang in Cilacap Regency made up the study's sample. The sample size for this study, which used multiple linear regression, was 72 participants.

According to the study, employee performance indicators are positively impacted by the promotion variable. Therefore, hypothesis 1 is confirmed. As a result, they will create high output since they will feel loved, cared for, needed, and recognized for their abilities to work by superiors with the right promotion. It is accepted that compensation has a favorable impact on employee performance, supporting hypothesis 2. This implies that an employee's performance will improve the more appropriate the salary received at work. It is agreed upon that giving prizes has a favorable impact on employee performance, supporting hypothesis 3. This implies that an employee's performance will improve the more awards they receive.
