Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline and competence on employee performance. Using the saturated sampling technique (census) or using all members of the population as a sample of 35 respondents. By using SPSS software to analyze data using multiple regression analysis where previously the data was tested first with reliability tests, validity tests, normality tests and classical assumptions. For the test this classical assumption consists of; multicholinearity test and heteroskedasity test.
The results obtained show that work discipline and competence have a positive and significant influence on the performance of staff
