Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work overload, work stress and work motivation on turnover intention of employees of PT HWI sewing computer production operators. This study uses three independent variables (endogen) namely work overload, work stress and work motivation with one dependent variable (exogen) namely turnover intention. The population in this study were employees of the sewing computer section of PT HWI. The samples taken were 99 respondents. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, there is no multicollinearity of the data. In the hypothesis test of the work overload variable, work stress and work motivation, there is no significant effect on turnover intention
