Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of reward, punishment, motivation on employee performance. The research method used is exploratory research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire. The research was conducted by taking a sample of the entire population of 45 people who were employees of PT. Mitra Sehati Sekata Data processing uses SPSS version 25 software. The instrument analysis techniques are validity testing, reliability testing, and data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that Rewards have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Sehati Sekata.. Punishment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Sehati Sekata. Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Sehati Sekata.. There is a simultaneous (together) influence of reward, punishment, motivation, simultaneously and positively influencing the performance of employees of PT Mitra Sehati Sekata.
