Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. Sampling from the population was determined by the slovin formula with a total of 100 respondents and the sampling technique used simple random sampling. The method used to analyze the data is regression analysis where previously the data was tested by validity test, reliability test, normality test and classical statistical assumptions, for this classic assumption test consists of a multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The results obtained indicate that organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang.
