Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables Intrinsic Motivation, Work Discipline and Authoritarian Leadership Style on Employee Performance at a bottled water distributor company (CV. Mekar Jaya Sentosa, Purbalingga Branch). The population in this study were all employees of CV Mekar Jaya Sentosa, Purbalingga Branch, with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample when members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires.

The method used in analyzing the data is multiple linear regression analysis which includes the T test and F test where previously the data was tested with validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The classical assumption test consists of multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and normality tests with SPSS program assistance. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had no significant effect, work discipline had a positive and significant effect and authoritarian leadership style had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
