Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business activities that make a major contribution to the national economy. This increasingly fierce competition is supported by increasingly developing technological advances, thus requiring MSMEs to be able to adapt quickly to these changes. MSMEs must have competitiveness in order to survive. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to use the right marketing media that combines offline (conventional) and online marketing media. Online marketing media that can be used by MSMEs is e-commerce. The use of e-business is one way for MSMEs to be able to compete and cover their market share globally. Using e-business opens up opportunities for MSMEs to introduce and expand their business network. Thus, a sustainable idea emerged so that knowledge about the application of e-business to increase competitiveness and market share in this case we seek to do community service by providing knowledge and training for business people, especially MSMEs assisted by the Rumah BUMN Purwokerto".
