Abstract
Tirtomulyo Village Market is one of markets in Plantungan District. This market is still able to survive in midst of modern market wars and online businesses (delivery orders) that are starting bloom. Geographically, Tirtomulyo Village market is more strategic than the other 2 village markets in Plantungan District. Tirtomulyo Village Market is on inter-provincial road from Batang Regency to Temanggung. The method of analysis in outreach uses SWOT analysis with delivery method lectures and discussions. Recommendations that can be given to increase market are physical and non-physical. Physically, it includes repairing construction stalls as well as aesthetics, improving support facilities such as as sanitation facilities, parking lots, function rooms and office spaces. On the non-physical aspect, by making a standardized bookkeeping system, ordering associations among traders and providing facilities that bring suppliers closer to traders related to merchandise.
