ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work
discipline, supervision, and motivation to job satisfaction that impact on
morale. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed and
implemented to 79 employees working at PT.Carefast in Semarang. The
data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17.The result of analysis
shows that discipline, motivation, competency have positive effect on
performance variable.
